WHY PLEXI?

Not only is Plexiglass the industry standard and contains more UV protection, but chances are, in the future you will have to move and Plexiglass is both lighter and less breakable compared to glass.

OUR MATS

We carefully hand-select the exact shade of white to complement your piece. Upon measuring your art, we’ll either bevel-cut your mat to perfectly frame your image (looking out for signatures and other details) or if floated, add the recommended amount of mat border to your image. OUR FRAMES

With over 24 styles and counting, all of our custom frames are made from woods like maple, walnut and oak. We ask ourselves 2 questions before adding frames to our collection. Would we hang this in our own home? Do we think you'll love this for years to come? The answer must always be yes.

Mounting

Mounting depends on the art type, size and the condition in which your piece arrives. We take great care of your pieces and review each one carefully to ensure it is mounted properly. For more on mounting, read our FAQ.

GETTING THERE

To get your art to us, you have 2 options: If you’re satisfied with your own packaging, we’ll email you a Fedex label. If you need packaging, we’ll mail you a sturdy flat mailer or mailing tube with a return label. Typical arrival time to your home is 3-5 business days.

Upon Arrival

Once your art arrives to our shop, the entire process takes between 6-12 business days to complete your custom frame. Upon completion, we send it back to you, ready to hang via Fedex Ground.

Custom takes time

The average turn-around time for your completed custom frame with transit both ways is 3-4 weeks. Shipping time depends on your distance from the nearest Simply Framed location and generally takes 1-5 business days with the continental US. Expedited shipping speeds are available at checkout.

We’ve invested in the best shipping materials and tracking is available for your shipments every step of the way. Prices include insurance for $100 plus the cost of your frame. Additional insurance is required for works over $100 at checkout. Are we right for your project? See below.
